  • 1 nonstick cooking spray or oil to grease the pan
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 6 tbsp cold butter, sliced
  • 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained and rinsed

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Grease an 8 X 8 baking dish.

    Put the peach slices in the baking dish and set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and oats.

    Stir.

    Put the butter in the bowl and mix with a fork.

    Pour the mixture evenly over the peaches.

    Bake at 375F for 45 minutes.
