  • 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions

    Mix fruit with 1 tablespoon melted butter, salt, cinnamon and lemon juice.

    Pour into 1-quart baking dish.

    Cream 3 tablespoons butter; mix in sugar and flour.

    Add cereal and crumble together. Sprinkle over fruit.

    Bake, uncovered, at 375° for about 25 minutes or until crisp.
