  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 medium peaches, sliced

    Beat egg white until stiff.

    Add sugar.

    Mix until creamy. Fold in pecans.

    Spread mixture on a slightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Remove from sheet onto waxed paper and allow to cool.

    Mix milk and pudding mix until thick.

    Stir in sour cream.
