- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. diced red onion
- 2 tsp. light or no fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. each: salt and ground red pepper
- 2 whole pita breads
- 1 oz. alfalfa sprouts
Directions

1In bowl, combine all ingredients except pitas and garnish; refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

2Slice each pita halfway around edge and open to form pocket.

3Stuff 1/2 of turkey mixture into each pocket and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
