  • fresh peaches
  • 9-inch pie crust
  • 2 to 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)

Directions

    Place halves of fresh peaches on 9-inch unbaked pie shell, cut side up.

    Beat egg slightly; add sugar and flour.

    If you like cinnamon or nutmeg, add a sprinkle.
