  • 1 pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tps. ground cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 4 cups peeled and sliced peaches

    Preheat oven to 375F Prepare pie crust as direct on package for one-crust pie, using 9-inch pie plate; flute edge.

    Mix sugar, flour, eggs, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl.

    Place peaches in pastry-lined pie plate.

    Pour custard mixture over peaches.

    Bake 1 hour or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.

    Cool on wire rack.

    After 15-20 minutes of baking, cover edge of crust with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.
