- 1 pie crust (9-inch)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 tps. ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 cups peeled and sliced peaches
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F Prepare pie crust as direct on package for one-crust pie, using 9-inch pie plate; flute edge.

2Mix sugar, flour, eggs, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl.

3Place peaches in pastry-lined pie plate.

4Pour custard mixture over peaches.

5Bake 1 hour or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.

6Cool on wire rack.

7After 15-20 minutes of baking, cover edge of crust with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.
