  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. canola oil
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 2/3 c. pecans

Directions

    Stir first 6 ingredients together; make a well in center. Combine oil, eggs, berries and nuts in a separate bowl; stir.

    Pour this mixture into well.

    Stir until moistened.

    Dump into 2 greased bread pans and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
