- 6 fresh peaches - pitted, skinned, and sliced
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2Place the sliced peaches in an unbaked pastry shell.

3In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and egg. Beat well and pour over peaches.

4Bake on bottom rack at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for approximately 30 minutes.
