  • 2 peaches
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. whipped cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 small sponge cakes, about 4-inches in diameter, cut in small pieces

Directions

    Peel and slice peaches.

    Add lemon juice and 2 tablespoons sugar.

    Whip cream and add 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
