  • 2 cans peach pie filling
  • 1 box dry yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup (225 ml) coconut
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) crushed walnuts
  • 8 oz (224 grm). (2 sticks) margarine)

Directions

    Butter 9 inch x 13 inch pan.

    Spread pie filling in bottom of pan.

    Sprinkle cake mix over all.

    Mix coconut and crushed walnuts, sprinkle over the top of pie filling and cake mix.

    Melt margarine and pour over all above.

    Swirl above into cake mixture, slightly.

    Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) until lightly browned, usually about 30 minutes.
