- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. fresh peaches
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cream first 2 ingredients.

2Sift flour, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

3Add flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture.

4Beat smooth and pour into buttered baking dish.

5Mix remaining ingredients and pour over dough.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Serve warm with ice cream or hard sauce.
