- 1 (825 g) can peaches, halves drained
- 1 14 cups sour cream (can use lite sour cream)
- 14 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 18 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions

1Drain the fruit and then place all of the ingredients in a blender.

2Blend until smooth.

3Pour the mixture into a metal cake tin/pan and place in the freezer for about an hour, or until almost firm.

4Place the mixture into a large bowl and mix until smooth.

5Pour into a mould or individual serving dishes.

6Freeze until set.

7Makes six serves.
