Peach Galette

  • 6 sheets filo dough
  • 4 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 None peaches, halved, pitted, thinly sliced
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam, warmed, strained

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    Layer filo dough together, brushing each sheet with butter. Fold in 1/2 to form a square then cut out an 8 inch circle. Arrange peach slices on circle and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20 mins, or until golden brown. Brush with jam. Serve warm.
