- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 5 c. milk
- 2 c. mashed fresh peaches
Directions

1Beat eggs until frothy; add 1 cup sugar and beat well.

2Add condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla, mixing well.

3Pour into freezer can of a 5-quart hand-turned or electric freezer; add milk.

4Turn about 5 minutes or until custard is thick.

5Combine peaches and remaining 1/2 cup sugar.

6Remove dasher and add peaches to cream mixture.

7Return dasher to freezer and continue turning until ready.

8Let ice cream ripen about 1 hour.

9Makes 1 gallon.
