- 2 qt. fresh peaches, peeled and crushed
- 1/2 c. water
- 6 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine peaches and water.

2Cook gently for 10 minutes.

3Add sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.

4Bring to a boil very slowly, then cook rapidly for about 15 minutes or until thick.

5Pour boiling hot into jars and seal.

6Makes 4 pints.
