- 10 cups Peeled, Cored, Chopped Peaches
- 5 cups Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Directions

1Crush peaches with a pastry blender or run though a food processor. They need to be a little chunky but not pureed.

2Mix with sugar and lemon juice and let stand 1 hour.

3In heavy saucepan over med heat, cook until thick and jellied.

4Pour into pint jars and process in hot water bath for 20 min.(or as directed according to your altitude)

5Serve over toast or vanilla ice cream. YUMMY!
