- Pastry for a 2-crust pie
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- Dash of salt and cinnamon
- 5 to 7 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Line pie plate with bottom crust.

2Melt butter; add sugar, flour, lemon juice, salt, and cinnamon and mix well.

3Place peaches in crust-lined pie plate and cover with butter and brown sugar mixture.

4Add top crust, cut slits for venting, and sprinkle lightly with sugar.

5Bake at 425° for 35 minutes, or until peaches are tender and filling is bubbly in center.
