Peach Pie

  • 2 pie shells, baked
  • 6 to 8 peaches, sliced
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. dry peach jello
  • Cool Whip
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Cook water, sugar and cornstarch in microwave, stopping and stirring every few minutes.

    After it has thickened, add vanilla. Add peach jello for color.

    Mix with peaches and pour in pie shells.

    Let cool and cover with Cool Whip.
