- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 8 peaches
- 1/2 c. thick cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 or 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
Directions

1Line a pie pan with crust.

2Peel peaches.

3Spread flour on crust and place fruit, cut in half, on crust.

4Leave some space between halves.

5Beat eggs, add sugar and cream; pour over fruit and place in oven.

6Cook until the custard is firm, then add top crust without removing from oven.

7Bake until crust is done; reduce the temperature of oven and bake slowly 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour. Serve cold.
