- 2 c. sliced peaches
- 1 c. sugar, sprinkled over peaches
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 box peach Jell-O
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Let peaches and sugar set until sugar melts.

2Bake pie shell. Pour peaches in shell.

3Mix Jell-O, sugar and flour.

4Add water; mix well.

5Cook over low heat, stirring until it comes to a boil. Boil about 5 minutes.

6This will be thick.

7Pour over peaches, spreading evenly.

8Keep in refrigerator until pie is cold.

9Serve with whipped cream.
