  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

    juice together in small bowl. Blend melted

    butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon and eggs, mixing together. Pour over peaches. Toss gently. Spoon peaches into unbaked pie shell.
