- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
- 1 baked 9-inch pie crust
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. diced fresh peaches
- 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

2Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth.

3Blend in whipped topping and fruit.

4Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound.
