Peach Pineapple Jam

- 6 cups peaches chopped
- 1 orange juice and peel
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 9 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons pectin Pomona's, if available
Directions

1Mix pectin with 1 cup sugar, stir into peaches, orange and pineapple.

2Heat to boiling.

3Add sugar all at once, bring back to a boil and boil one minute.

4Skim and pour into clean, sterilized canning jars.

5Process in a boiling water bath 10 minutes.

6If pectin is not available, combine fruit and sugar in pan, cook until mixture is thick and comes off spoon in sheets.
