- 1 c. butter, softened
- 6 eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. peaches, peeled and chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.

5In small bowl, combine dry ingredients.

6Add to creamed mixture.

7Fold in sour cream and peaches.

8Pour batter into prepared pan.

9Bake 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
