- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. peeled chopped peaches
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Stir in extracts. Add all dry ingredients, then fold in sour cream and peaches. Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan and bake 75 to 85 minutes at 350°.
