  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. peeled chopped peaches

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Stir in extracts. Add all dry ingredients, then fold in sour cream and peaches. Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan and bake 75 to 85 minutes at 350°.
