- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. peeled, chopped fresh peaches, well drained
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Cream together butter or margarine with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, soda and salt in separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.

2Fold in peaches; stir in vanilla and almond. Bake for 75 to 80 minutes until done.
