- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. canned peaches, cut up
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in peaches
- 1 egg, well beaten
Directions

1Cream sugar, peaches and soda.

2Add salt, nuts and eggs; then beat.

3Add flour and beat again.

4Pour in a 9 x 9-inch pan (greased or sprayed with Pam).

5Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
