  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. canned peaches, cut up
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in peaches
  • 1 egg, well beaten

Directions

    Cream sugar, peaches and soda.

    Add salt, nuts and eggs; then beat.

    Add flour and beat again.

    Pour in a 9 x 9-inch pan (greased or sprayed with Pam).

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
