  • 1 c. hot peach juice
  • 1 small carton cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 c. sliced peaches
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

    Mix lemon Jell-O and 1 cup hot peach juice.

    Let slightly jell.

    Add cottage cheese and lemon juice.

    Fold in whipped cream, peaches and nuts.

    Chill.
