- 2 c. sliced peaches
- 2 c. white wine
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- sugar to taste
Directions

1Add spices to 2 cups water.

2Add peaches; cook until tender. Press through colander.

3Put back into water.

4Boil a few minutes. Add wine and sugar.

5Heat to under boiling.

6Serve with croutons. Serves 8.
