Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 c. sliced peaches
  • 1 box peach jello
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Mix flour, pecans and margarine.

    Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

    Bake until lightly browned. Cool completely.

    Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Layer on cooled cake.

    Layer on sliced peaches.

    Mix jello, cornstarch, sugar and water.

    Bring to boil and cook approximately 1 minute or until thick.

    Cool and drizzle over peaches.
