Peach Supreme Pie

  • unbaked pie shell
  • 4 to 6 peaches, halved (fresh or canned)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour together.

    Add melted butter. Beat eggs and add to mixture.

    Lay halved peaches, flat side down, on bottom of unbaked pie shell. Spread mixture over peaches and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

    Makes one 8-inch pie.
