  • 2 eggs
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 12 cup sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup canned sliced peach
  • 13 cup walnuts, chopped
  • whipped cream
  • peach slices

Directions

    Beat eggs well and gradually beat in sugar.

    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

    Fold into egg mixture, then fold in very well drained peaches and walnuts.

    Turn into greased 9 inch pie pan.

    Bake in 350* oven about 30-40 minutes.

    Cool.

    Top with whipped cream and sliced peaches.
