Peach Upside-Down Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 large cans peaches
  • 1 c. peach juice
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Put peaches in 9 x 12-inch cake pan.

    Sprinkle brown sugar over peaches.

    Mix cake as usual but instead of water use peach juice.

    Pour over peaches.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Good served with ice cream.
