- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. peach puree *
- 1 frying chicken or parts (approximately 2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
Directions

1Melt butter and add the vinegar and brown sugar.

2Heat only until well blended.

3Add peach puree.

4Heat again only enough to blend the mixture to a smooth sauce.

5Season chicken with salt and pepper.

6Cut down on the salt and use Mrs. Dash or Old Bay for flavor.

7Grill chicken or bake in the oven until done.

8Serve a portion of chicken and spoon peach sauce over it, or line a baking dish with heavy foil.

9Place the chicken in the baking dish and broil for 10 minutes on each side.

10After both sides have browned, baste with the peach sauce and allow to cook for 5 minutes.

11Turn chicken and cook for 5 minutes on the other side.

12Baste chicken with more sauce and cover with foil.

13Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes.
