- 3 chicken breasts, halved or 1 whole cut up chicken
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. garlic oil
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. spiced honey
- whole cloves
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained, save juice
- 1/2 c. peach juice
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2In bag, combine flour, salt and pepper. Shake chicken in mixture.

3Brown chicken and place in casserole dish.

4Combine orange juice, vinegar, peach juice and honey.

5Pour over chicken.

6Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour 15 minutes. Baste often.

7Place 2 to 3 cloves per peach halve.

8Place around or on chicken.
-
9Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer.

10Serves 6.
