  • 1 (21 ounce.) can peach pie filling
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (pudding included)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. softened butter
  • 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

    Grease a 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan.

    Pour pie filling into bowl and coarsely chop the fruit.

    Reserve 1/3 c. for frosting.

    Add in cake mix, ginger, molasses and Large eggs to remaining pie filling.

    Stir till well blended.

    Spread batter in prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cold completely.

    Blend reserved filling, butter and powdered sugar till smooth.

    Spread frosting over bars.
