- 1 (21 ounce.) can peach pie filling
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (pudding included)
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. softened butter
- 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Grease a 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan.

2Pour pie filling into bowl and coarsely chop the fruit.

3Reserve 1/3 c. for frosting.

4Add in cake mix, ginger, molasses and Large eggs to remaining pie filling.

5Stir till well blended.

6Spread batter in prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

7Cold completely.

8Blend reserved filling, butter and powdered sugar till smooth.

9Spread frosting over bars.

10Store in refrigerator.

11Makes 48 bars.
