- 1 12 cups sugar
- 12 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 13 cups peaches, pureed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, cream together sugar and shortening; add eggs and mix well.

3Stir in peach puree and dry ingredients; add vanilla and pecans and mix well.

4Pour dough into 2 (9x5) well greased and floured loaf pans.

5Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour.

6Let cool 5-10 minutes before removing from pan.
