  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c.sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 bag Hershey's candy Kisses

Directions

    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.

    Cream together soft margarine and peanut butter.

    Add both sugars and mix well.

    Then add egg and vanilla.

    Blend in sifted dry ingredients.

    Shape dough into small balls (walnut size) and roll in sugar.

    Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.

    Remove from oven and press one Hershey Kiss on each cookie, pressing so cookie cracks around edge.

    Return to oven and bake 2 to 5 minutes until cookie is done.
