- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. raw shelled peanuts
Directions

1Bring to a rolling boil the sugar, syrup and water.

2Slowly add peanuts, keeping a rolling boil until peanuts pop and brown (hard crack stage, 290°).

3Remove from heat.

4Add soda and salt. Pour onto a foil lined cookie sheet.
