- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. unsalted peanuts or cashews
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Cook corn syrup, sugar and water to 238°.

2Add butter and peanuts.

3Cook to 300° or hard crack stage.

4Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda.

5Stir until foamy and pour quickly onto a buttered cookie sheet.

6Break when cool.
