  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 2 c. Spanish salted peanuts
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Boil corn syrup, water and sugar to 230°.

    Add Spanish salted peanuts and continue boiling until reaches 300°.

    Remove from stove and add butter, vanilla and soda.

    Stir and pour immediately on large, buttered cookie sheet.
