- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 c. Spanish salted peanuts
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Boil corn syrup, water and sugar to 230°.

2Add Spanish salted peanuts and continue boiling until reaches 300°.

3Remove from stove and add butter, vanilla and soda.

4Stir and pour immediately on large, buttered cookie sheet.
