- 1 lb. Spanish peanuts (round, with red skins on)
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Boil sugar, water and corn syrup to 242°, or until syrup spins a 6 to 8-inch thread.

2Add butter and peanuts; cook slowly to 300°, stirring occasionally.
