- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
Directions

1In large iron skillet, bring water, sugar and syrup to a boil. Cook to real hard crack stage, then place raw peanuts in skillet and cook until peanuts are done or start popping.

2Remove from stove and add 1/2 teaspoon soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon

3margarine.

4Stir and pour onto buttered foil.

5Let cool and peel off foil and break into pieces.
