Peanut Butter Cheese Pie

  • 1 1/2 cup Crushed butter crackers
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Cream Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (I use Splenda)
  • 2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 box cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 box vanilla pudding (I use sugar-free)

    For Crust

    Preheat oven to 350

    Mix melted butter and crushed cracker crumbs together until all crumbs are moist

    Press into 9 inch pie plate, covering all inside surfaces evenly

    Bake for 10 minutes

    For Filling

    With hand mixer, mix cream cheese until fluffy

    Add peanut butter and mix well

    Add milk and mix well

    Add pudding mix and mix well

    Pile into pie plate ( It will be very full)

    Refrigerate for about 1 hour
