  • 1/2 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed with a little liquid
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2/3 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine filling ingredients thoroughly and pour into unbaked pie shell.
