  • 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. creamy or chunk style peanut butter
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    Blend corn syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla and peanut butter in a bowl.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake in hot oven (400°) for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
