  • 1 1/2 cups SR flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butteror KRAFT* Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2-3 large bananas, sliced
  • honey for drizzling

    Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl.

    Whisk together the egg and buttermilk.

    Whisk into the flour mixture until smooth.

    Set aside.

    Cook 1/4 cup measures in a non-stick pan until bubbles appear.

    Turn and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.

    Repeat with remaining mix to make 12.

    Serve pancakes topped with peanut butter and bananas, drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
