  • 1 whole Scoop (about 40g Scoop) Frank Zane Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Creamy Roasted Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 10 drops Stevia
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Directions

    Combine water, protein powder, peanut butter, vanilla and stevia in a Vitamix.
