- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. salted peanuts, coarsely ground
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs.

3Mix dry ingredients (including peanuts).

4Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.

5Bake at 350° to 375° in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Frost with fluffy white frosting topped with chopped nuts (I use Spanish peanuts).
