  • 9 inch unbaked pie shell
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cornmeal
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 c. minced roasted peanuts

Directions

    Heat butter, blend sugar and meal together and add in to butter.

    Add in Large eggs, vinegar and vanilla extract.

    Add in peanuts and mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

    Serves 6.
